Great service!

I came in for a simple oil change with my grandson. The staff went out of their way to include my grandson in everything that was being done. He is a very curious 6 year old that wanted to see the underneath of the car. He not only got to see, but had numerous questions for the staff. They went of their way to answer all of them and include him in everything they did. It may not sound like much, but to a 6 year old, it meant everything.

This is the 2nd time I've used Honest 1 in Loveland, the first time I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff (and I had all my kids with me so I'm sure I wasn't an easy customer). My kids were entertained by the (clean) toys, and snacks I was happy I actually got to look at a magazine, and even happier with the incredibly LOW price of my repair! The 2nd time I dropped my car off for diagnostics because of a dead battery. There was no charge for the diagnostic....wah?!?! Yes I said no charge!! When I picked up my car which was after hours I was surprised with a little treat in the car and a nice note! These small things like cleanliness and friendliness are what will make me return again and again, as well as recommend them to anyone!
