First time there. Check in person very friendly and answered all my questions. Like how clean and well maintained waiting area was. Love that I didn't have to weight very long. Will be back.

Honest Auto is the best! They are so helpful and always go above and beyond what is necessary. The work they do is excellent. They will make recommendations and then do their best to get a good price for the customer. They will drive you back to work or home when they service your car and then pick you up again. I highly recommend this place.

As my third review of Honest-1, I repeat my previous praises of this place. I am always treated with consistent kindness and as a valued customer. I have been a strong advocate for this place due to always having my needs met at anytime. This visit I enjoyed their comfortable lounge area to work on my computer as my repairs were completed. Although my wait time was short (about 45 minutes), I could relax with complimentary snacks and drinks. A new addition to their great customer service was a discount for cash, the lowest pricing on new tires, and a yummy snack with nice note left in my car for my drive home. Great job Honest-1! Keep it up!

These people offer some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They have been courteous and helpful every step of the way. Each individual I dealt with made it clear that they definitely cared about my situation. Quite a breath of fresh air.
