Extraordinary! The entire staff was great. They went out of there way to make sure things were done to my satisfaction, and went out of there way to make sure they took care of the customer (me). Nicole, Curtis, Tammy, and Cliff went the extra mile. They are dependable, reliable, friendly, and of course HONEST. I thank them and will continue to use them on all four of my vehicles.

I have used Honest-1 since they opened up in Loveland. Everything I have needed they have been able to do, or diagnose and send me to the dealer, if they thought it was under warranty. They have saved me time and stress, as well as money. Their front desk staff is so friendly, and their mechanics are knowledgable and accurate in their diagnostics. The mechanics will also take the time to come in and talk to you like a real person, instead of just relaying information back and forth. Wonderful group of employees.

I had an oil change and asked about tires. They ordered them and had them on the car the same day.

Excellent service. Very caring to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced while they were repairing my car. Can't beat the warranty! My problem was completely covered by the repair warranty--no out of pocket expense; no questions asked.

I was very impressed with my experience today! It was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer and not another clueless number. They were very thorough in explaining everything that was done and what will be needed, without ever pressuring to do it right then and there. I will go back!
