Excellent service. Very fair. The staff at H1 approach a repair challenge like they are looking out for the customer, to find the best and most affordable option. In our last visit, we could easily have been taken for the cost of a whole new power steering pump, but our tech suggested we try replacing only the seal- saving us hundreds and earning H1 our trust and repeat business.

I continue to be pleased with honest-1 and their services. The shuttle they offer (to and from their shop) has been invaluable to me when my car has been in the shop. One thing they could do to go above and beyond is to check the windshield washer fluid levels when they're already in the engine in the winter. Even if they just did so and then told me I needed fluid, I'd appreciate that. But imagine if they noticed it needed washer fluid and they refilled it. This is absolutely something that would be above and beyond. They do an outstanding job in communicating, in the quality of service, and in providing the shuttle service. I highly recommend this business.

Extraordinary! The entire staff was great. They went out of there way to make sure things were done to my satisfaction, and went out of there way to make sure they took care of the customer (me). Nicole, Curtis, Tammy, and Cliff went the extra mile. They are dependable, reliable, friendly, and of course HONEST. I thank them and will continue to use them on all four of my vehicles.

I have used Honest-1 since they opened up in Loveland. Everything I have needed they have been able to do, or diagnose and send me to the dealer, if they thought it was under warranty. They have saved me time and stress, as well as money. Their front desk staff is so friendly, and their mechanics are knowledgable and accurate in their diagnostics. The mechanics will also take the time to come in and talk to you like a real person, instead of just relaying information back and forth. Wonderful group of employees.
