As a new customer to this business, I was not sure what to expect. I needed a second opinion on my repair issue The professional staff here not only fixed what I needed repaired but also found some safety concerns that I was glad to get taken care of. I would recommend them highly if you were looking for a new place to take any automotive concerns.

Friendly staff, honest and gets the job done well and in a timely manor

Everyone who I spoke to on the phone was so very nice and polite. I knew my car had some problems but it ended up being a lot worse than I thought. The mechanic took the time to inspect my car and after getting some advice from Nicole, who gave me the bad news, and deciding not to have any repairs done, there was no sales pitch pushing for my money. They even left a thank you note in my car with a snack bag of Cheezit's! Would definitely go back to them again for any auto servicing. Never met a more polite and professional group of people at an auto care place.

I am overwhelmed by the professionalism and excellent service offered at the Honest-1 Auto Care (Loveland branch). It is very clear that they are genuinely interested in taking care of you and your car, and not making a quick buck. They had my broken valve stem and faulty TPMS replaced in less than 30 minutes - and for a very competitive price. I appreciate Pat Heaton and all in the Honest-1 family in Loveland!
