I took my car in for an oil change and filter replacement because that was recommended by my maintenance minder system. They told me they would change the filter only if it was required, and it ended up not being necessary so they didn't do it. So refreshing to not be upsold! The front desk couldn't be more friendly. Much better experience than at the dealer! I'll be back for sure!
