Honest Auto Care is fantastic! I brought in my 2008 Lincoln Navigator which had a problem with the passenger side retractable running board. I purchased a new motor for the unit from Amazon only to find that the motor alone could not be replaced without a complete assembly. They spent 2-3 hours trying their best with no success. I left and returned the motor to Amazon and ordered the complete assembly. This did the trick as they installed the new unit very quickly. Instead gouging me with a 5-6 hour labor charge, they felt that 2 hours was a fair number. They are honest, courteous and totally knowledgable. Cudos to Claude and the entire crew!

Hands down the best auto care experience I've ever had. They were extremely professional, friendly, caring and got us in and out in no time! Their waiting area is so comfortable! I will be coming to them for all of my auto care from now on.

I absolutely love Honest-1 Auto Care. The many times I have had issues with my car they have fixed it right away. Everyone that works there is super friendly and they actually care about their customers.
