First off I think your facility was clean and well located. Next, making an appointment with Kelsey extremely easy and she did an excellent job of explaining exactly what services were to be performed and what they cost would probably be. I stopped by to see if walk in's were a possibility but found out that making an appointment was best. It was pouring the day of my appointment and I was meeting someone at the Starbucks about 200 yards away, but Lauren drove me to the Starbucks and one of the people I was meeting with drove me back. I had discussed rotting my tires with Kelsey while I was having my car's oil changed. When I picked the car up Kelsey explained to me that there wasn't enough tread wear to rotate the tires and they would do that they next time I came in. I really appreciated the Honesty, which is part of your businesses name! I have used my other places in Cincinnati to service our cars and in most cases I feel that I am always being pressured to have other things down to my car's maintenance. That always causes me to move on to another place. What starts out as a simple job of changing the oil and having the rear brakes replaced (quoted at $275) turns out to be a $975 job because "oh by the way, you need new front brakes and..." Another place, when I take my car in for an oil change, tells me that I need to replace all my filters ($100) and the next time all my fluids need to be replaced as well as the front and rear shock absorbers and would I like to make an appointment. Now maybe some of that is true, and maybe some of it isn't? But I did not go back again. I will be coming back here.
