I had called and made an appointment to Drop my truck off to see if they could tell me what was wrong with it . Very nice team of people but that should've been done the next day. They put spark plugs and an intermission coil in and it took them 25 hours to do so, something that I shouldn't have paid more than 500 for I am now paying 900 for a problem they didn't fix. Called me the next day saying it need a new motor when they should've looked over everything before starting to work on it because now I'm paying for something that still doesn't run. My first time here and I don't think I will be back

'Honest' is in their name and that they were to me.What I considered a problem was really the mechanics of a healthy transmission working. I am so glad I called them using a flyer sent to my home. I am a senior. They eased my mind and I am very thankful. Promote the young lady I dealt with to a manager if isn't already one. She has a friendly personality and is VERY knowledgeable. As usual you did a great job figuring out the problem and fixing my car in a timely manner. I was rather shocked when Claude told me it would be almost $550 for 2 new tires. When I questioned this he realized he had charged me for an oil change I'd already had about 2 weeks before as part of a service costing $330.00 But we managed to get this sorted out. Great service as usual, but seems to be getting a little pricey.

Dropped of the van in the morning to leave all day...no appointment...they were busy but still got to assess the problem. Because they were proactive adding dye to the A/C system when they made a repair previously they were able to easily ID a new leak elsewhere (ah...the joy of old cars!) via a complementary visual inspection since they didn't need to charge/dye the system. They provided an estimate to repair for us to consider.

when my truck breaks down they are there t fix my truck with no problem the service is great and always makes me feel at home while my truck is being worked on great place to have your vehicle worked on

The work was fine but disappointed in the timing. I had an appointment for 1 PM for service and it should have been completed by 1:30 or so. When I returned at 3:30 the car had not be touched yet. They explained they were behind and would have it done by 4 or so if I wanted to wait. I could not and left. They finally finished it at 5:30 and provided shuttle service from my home back to the shop so I could pick it up. Disappointed that a set appointment didn't provide better service. I will continue to use this service as their work has been fine in the past.

I've taken all my vehicles to Honest-1 and have always been pleased. Great attitudes, friendly staff and a comfortable place to wait for completed service. Much appreciated!!
