Hands down the best auto care experience I've ever had. They were extremely professional, friendly, caring and got us in and out in no time! Their waiting area is so comfortable! I will be coming to them for all of my auto care from now on.

I absolutely love Honest-1 Auto Care. The many times I have had issues with my car they have fixed it right away. Everyone that works there is super friendly and they actually care about their customers.

You guys have a real good business, I think that if you want to keep the trust between customer and business you should show more respect to customer. What I mean by that is for an example I left My vehicle with you guys,I was told it would only take 2 hr. When I returned to pick the vehicle up it hadn't been touched. I understand things happen, But a trusting Customer should have been notified of the issues that you were encountering that prevented disappointment to a customer. In other words I should have been called. Please stay in contact with customers it's only GOOD BUSINESS and TRUST. PS. I Still Love You Guys John

I had recently written a review about how upset I was being my first time here and how disappointed I was that the problem couldn't be fixed. But Nicole had called me today and had taken half off my bill and honestly I could not appreciate it more. They did everything they could to try and fix what was wrong and I think there was a misunderstanding somewhere when I had brought the truck in. This team at honest 1 is an amazing crew and I really recommend it to everyone for a go to
