You guys have a real good business, I think that if you want to keep the trust between customer and business you should show more respect to customer. What I mean by that is for an example I left My vehicle with you guys,I was told it would only take 2 hr. When I returned to pick the vehicle up it hadn't been touched. I understand things happen, But a trusting Customer should have been notified of the issues that you were encountering that prevented disappointment to a customer. In other words I should have been called. Please stay in contact with customers it's only GOOD BUSINESS and TRUST. PS. I Still Love You Guys John
