The work on my car was done efficiently and in a timely fashion

Took me in right before closing with a flat tire. Staff was friendly. was very satisfied with the whole experience will recommend them.

My wife called me at work and said her battery was dead, she got a jump but needed to get a battery and soon as the kids were in the car and she needed to finish her errands but couldn't take the chance of the battery dying when she stopped again. I called Honest 1 for her and they had the battery she needed and said they would get her in right away. My wife drove there and loved the place. She said that everyone was nice to her and the place was clean. She felt comfortable going there and the service advisors even talked to the kids. There was a play area and free snacks which kept the kids occupied. I felt good that I didn't have to recommend some greasy dirty shop and convince my wife it was safe to go there. I knew I could recommend Honest 1 and know that it was a professional, clean, and respected business. Thank you staff of Honest 1 for taking care of my family!

Service is always completed on time and to satisfaction. Recommendations are made for future service needs but no hard selling here. Love the folks at the front desk.
