Very fair and friendly treatment...comfortable waiting area

First, just want to say, I was treated with respect. I am a 75 year old woman who lives alone. Scary when you have car problems. These employees were all very kind and explained things so I understood. They also drove me home. My car was ready the next day when they told me it would be. I would highly recommend (honest 1 Loveland).
