I've been using Honest-1 since moving to Loveland about 2 1/2 years ago. Every time has been for oil changes except once for spark plugs. I love the online scheduling, and the counter people are always very friendly and helpful. Most recently, after performing an inspection after during my oil change, they came out to tell me several issues they identified. This wasn't the usual hard sell with lots of zeroes at the end. Instead it was just FYI, and the inferring that they can do the work if desired. Much more pleasant than making you feel cheap because you aren't willing to spend a ton fixing every little thing. I've only had one less-than-great experience, which was the spark plug job. It cost much more than I thought it would, took a long time (truck was left overnight when I expected it to be done same day), and communication was poor (I had to call to find out it wouldn't be done same day). All that said, I would recommend Honest-1 to a friend.
