This is the one place I feel really comfortable getting my car taken care of. The techs and service people here are friendly, on time and keep me informed on what my car needs - while not trying to hard sell me on anything. I feel like I can trust them to not overcharge me for anything I do not need. Very happy with the service here so far and I hope to stay a long term customer!

These people are knowledgeable and very honest. They find out what needs to be done to fix any problem with your car and they do it right!

What a great place. They truly live up to their name. I don't know about you but I know nothing about cars and these people were very helpful and I trust them.

Both times I've been at Honest-1 Auto Care I have been pleased with the level of customer service, politeness, and their waiting area which includes complimentary soft drinks and snacks. They are way above all of their competitors including most dealers which seem to get enjoyment out of charging you an arm and a leg.

my car would not start and after getting the battery jumped, the first thought was an alternator problem. After checking the car out, it was the battery. Rachel and the team did a great job in getting me and turned out quickly. Once again Honest 1 came through for me again.

I Have been going to Honest One for about 2 yrs. now & will continue, I would also recommend them to everyone, WHY !! 1) I have always felt they have done a great job. 2) They give me a time limit & so far has met it. Sometime;s I would drop my car off in morning & get it back early. 3) I have talked to the Maint. crew & the customer service people & they all explain exactly what needs to be done & very friendly & courtois. 4) If they find anything that needs to be done that I was unaware of they will call & explain the issue without doing it first, sometimes I had to wait to get these done and they were very understandable. I have totally TRUST in Honest 1 in Loveland, Ohio. Thank You.

I came in to have my oil changed along with air filter and cabin air filter. The experience was a great one. I munched on snacks drank water and waited for my car. They went over it and told me what else they see going on with it. Lucky it was under warranty at another place. But they were honest and showed my husband and I the worn parts.We will come back again. Second time we have been there and such a great place to take your car. Honest and even told us if it was under warranty somewhere else take it back . Wow..
