This place is amazing, very fair and honest pricing. This is my go to place,super friendly people.

Currently getting my car serviced here. I needed a new wheel bearing. I called other places and the other places had quotes maybe a little cheaper but were all so slammed they really had no convenient times to do the work. Honest 1 was able to timely diagnose it and then give me a window of time that worked for me to do the repairs. They just informed me the repair is almost complete as I am sitting in their lobby. It’s not the the fastest service nor the cheapest - but is still timely. They seem knowledge and customer service is great with the lobby refreshments and the shuttle they have to pick you up and take you to your home while they do the work. All in all you get what you pay for. You pay a little extra but you get a little extra creature comforts. If you want to pay a little less and not have creature comforts in the lobby/shuttle service go elsewhere.

Extremely pleased and reassured. My check engine light came on for 400 miles then went off. The Ford dealership could not get me in for 10 days. I called other dealerships and their first appointment was 15 days away. I found that unacceptable. Honest 1 got me an appointment the next day. They ran a diagnostic check and told me what it could be how much each possible thing would cost. They did all of this for FREE. When the light comes back on I will go to Honest 1 and not the dealership. Great experience. Nice service oriented staff. Peace of mind.

Simple synthetic oil change and tire rotation. They were pretty quick even though they had issues getting off the filter cover from the last garage that strong armed it on there. Pretty nicely stocked waiting area. Friendly staff. Clean and welcoming. This was just my first experience and I will keep reviewing each visit so be sure to check back!

The best auto repair experience I ever had! People could not have been nicer. Impressed with how clean waiting room/bathroom was. Almost wish vehicle would break down more often just so I could back. Well maybe not.

Great fast service. Took my car in today,they were kind enough to bring me home. The repair was done faster than anticipated. They came and picked me up to get my car. Nicole at the service desk pointed out a couple of minor things the technician noticed that would soon need attention, but didn't make me feel as I was being pushed into a repair right now. Feel like a place I can put my trust in.

First time here, treated with respect and actually showed things that will need attention in the coming months, comfy chairs, TV and complimentary snacks, coffee, soda or water. Top notch in my book
