Honest-1 did an excellent and thorough job on my recent oil change visit. They also did a free check of many of my car's vital mechanical and safety systems while it was there. Then, when I came to pick the car up, they took time to go over each item they checked with me (but not in a pushy, sales sort of way). I also really liked the courtesy / thank you note I found inside my car when I got in to drive away. That was a nice touch, and typical of Honest-1's "honest" effort to do a complete job and bring me back again. Five stars!

I can't say enough great things about my first experience with Honest1. Everyone I dealt with over the phone and in person was so nice. I have never had this type of customer service when taking a car to a mechanic. I have been told they have reasonable pricing. I brought a used car to be checked out prior to purchase. They worked with me on an appointment. Got me in quickly and also let me move to a later appointment when I got held up at the dealer. They explained everything to me and told me what was wrong. My son decided not to go with the car. However, I will have the next car we consider checked out by them. I also am going to start taking my own car to them versus the dealership I bought my first two cars from as the dealership does not treat their customers well. Thanks for all you help and honesty. It is most appreciated.

Wonderful straight forward service. They do not try to upsell. They go over any issues with you and let you decide what to add, no pressure. I brought in a 20 year old truck for an oil change. they went over issues that had nothing to do with the oil, but that were safety issues. I appreciate the honest approach.

Great service, super nice staff. VERY HIGH PRICES.

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning, first time visit, diagnostic done right away; offered to do the work same day and picked up later. Price was fair and a lot less expensive than doing it at the dealer. I will definitely be back for any future work needed. Two thumbs up!!
