My experience with this team was great. I took in my older car that had been sitting for most of the past year, to see if I could get it road ready again. Not only did they do a quick analysis, as scheduled, but they were super honest as well. The technician immediately noticed some electrical concerns, and things that would need addressed before even looking at the bigger under-carriage issues. They were direct, and actually advised that I NOT put money into the vehicle. Gave me referrals to a few places if I was in the market for a new car, etc. How refreshing to meet an honest mechanic team. They could easily have charged me for many things, and taken me on a long journey down a never ending rabbit hole with a bad vehicle. I took their advice, and bought myself a new vehicle yesterday. These guys have all my business when I need regular maintenance on my new vehicle in the future.

I simply dropped my car off and picked it up, so I only spent about 3 minutes total in the office but I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service! Everyone was so sweet and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I am happy to live so close to Honest-1. :)

Absolutely 5 Stars in every way! Best Customer Service I've experienced in a long time. Wonderful value for great work done. They can handle a wide range of car care needs. I am SO impressed! Being a lady who knows very little about cars, I have to say that I will never take my car anywhere else. I trust them. They told me what was and was not necessary, what could wait. They were not trying to make a fast buck from me. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Completed a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I ended up buying. The inspection by Honest-1 was worth every penny. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Have done a lot of business with them and never had a problem with the work. Very fair prices and won't lead you on to things you don't need.
