I just went for an oil change based on a flyer in the mail. Making an appointment was super easy, and then the lounge was really comfortable with nice amenities to wait in. One thing I really like and will keep me coming back - they sent a full inspection report on my car with pictures and details about everything they checked. Customer service in the shop was great!

Took my 2011 Mazda Tribute into service for ABS and TCS lights coming on for no reason and ABS actually engaging sporadically. Honest-1 communicated over text with me providing explanations of their diagnostics, including pictures. They also communicated when new parts had arrived and when repairs were complete. I was not familiar with what they found as the cause for my issue so they took the time to explain it to me and were patient (they had to explain more than once). Overall a pleasant experience and on-time service. I will use them again.

I want to start with saying thank you to H1 for the full rebuild of my engine in my WRX. Unfortunately it took longer then expected but it didn't stop them from getting it done 100% and back to cars normal self. Curtis, Luke, and Nate are one amazing team and I plan to send anyone to them that is in need of car repairs.
