I was in for an oil change. They were quick and efficient and they didn't try to tell me there were a bunch of things wrong that need fixed immediately.

Always have good experiences at Honest-1. Went in for an oil change and came out with the oil change plus a full inspection report and recommendations for follow-up! Easy to schedule the appointment. Nice lounge to wait in while the work was done. Knowledgeable and timely service.

I had a battery replaced. They got me in quick. They tested the battery to be sure that was the issue (even though I asked for a battery and they could have just done that). The price was fair. And, the waiting area is nice with good amenities (Wifi, TV, comfortable chairs, drinks & snacks).

I was very happy with the costumer service both over the phone and in person. Needed my brakes replaced and I appreciated that they only did the work that I came in for, without trying to push me into an upsell situation. They finished the job in one day and the final cost was the same as the estimate.

Very friendly and helpful. The do a great job communicating with you throughout the diagnostic process. Prices are reasonable and warranty is great. If dropping your car off after hours the key box is on the side of the building (not well marked).

I needed a full front brake repair, I know nothing about cars! During my appointment I was given the opportunity to inspect the awful condition they were in. I never once felt talked down to and all of my questions were answered with kindness and knowledge. I was given the best price they could offer and met with understanding when I needed a day to figure out how to get the funds together. My car is in great repair and I was given a three year guarantee on parts and labor! Also included was a two time reimbursement for road side assistance! I am beyond happy with my experience! From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was amazing!! Thank you!
