I have been to Honest 1 Auto several times for various services needed on my car. My most recent was for a noise I was hearing while driving that was concerning. When I brought my car in, it was a quick check in as always and I grabbed one of the free beverages and snacks to enjoy while I waited. It’s a very nice waiting room with a tv that you can actually change the channel on. The woman at the front desk was very nice and came up to me a few times to update me. They were very thorough and actually had a few people test drive it to try to work out where the noise was coming from. They took the tire off to inspect the inside and did everything they could to figure it out. It turned out to be something minor which was a huge relief! When the woman at the front had me come up to the desk to check out, I was told the total was twice what I had been told originally. She could see the look on my face and asked if it was fair for the work that was done. It was a misunderstanding on my part but I couldn’t afford to pay what she asked and without even telling her that she said it was no problem and that she would do it for the price I was told. They were very helpful and kind at Honest 1 Auto, I will be returning in the future!
