Had a MAJOR car issue, was short on time and looking for a repair shop that I was comfortable with using. I found this shop via Google and seemed like a reputable place. Had my vehicle towed there on a Tuesday afternoon, spoke to Kammie on the phone and sounded like they knew what they were doing. They had my car repaired the following week and did a great job putting it all back together CORRECTLY!! While the price was higher than I wanted, they did an amazing job and were actually quick with getting it back to me given the extent of the work needed. Assuming all things work properly on my vehicle I’ll give 5 stars all day! Thank you

Just moved to the Loveland Ohio area and was looking for a quality place to have my vehicles serviced. I read the reviews online and this certainly seemed like the place. When I called the gentleman I spoke to about the problems my wife’s car was experiencing he was very forthright about the issue and the possible “fixes.” He even offered a suggestion that wouldn’t make him a dime!! Turns out he was right. During this same phone call, I scheduled an oil change. Once I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The oil change and inspection for any future work was done in a very timely manner! I am confident that I’ve found my new mechanics and would absolutely recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to anyone else!
