The service was outstanding. The staff was very customer oriented, professional and timely. On a scale of one to ten I would definetly give the Loveland, Ohio location a ten. I would recommend the location to my friends and family and will not hesitate to continue to use for both my vehicles.

Just very nice people to deal with, professional and clean environment, great communication via text updates. Service rates are competitive, I did use a coupon and was please with the service rate. I will definitely return.

I was unlucky to find a screw in my tire, but I was lucky to be in the parking lot where Honest-1 is located. I was a first time customer and super impressed with the service. Each employee I encountered was friendly and the service was prompt and professional. The waiting area was very clean and it was clear that they were following Covid guidelines. They will be first on my list if I need repair/service in the future. Thank You.

I'm pretty sure this review, which is not complimentary, will not show up on the website with all of these other raving reviews but I'm going to leave it anyway. I had my vehicle in for service on a Thursday and requested several items to be done on my vehicle and I do not believe most of the services were completed. Four days after they were supposed to inspect the wheel joints, my front sway bar broke. So much for an inspection. Thankfully I wasn't driving 70 mph on the interstate when this happened!! When I contacted the owner of the company to complain about the service, excuses and justification of work (that I know for a fact wasn't done) was all I received. So disappointing. No wonder the workers only do half of a job with half of the leadership running the company. So much for customer appreciation!!!

Very knowledgeable & easy to to business with. I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle in for service.
