Loveland Auto Repair

Haven't had the work done (yet), but I was impressed with the professionalism of the office manager/staff. The estimate was in line with expectations. If I lived in Loveland and had a car, I might make forming a recurring relationship a priority, particularly if you feel that you have been cheated by the guy behind the counter at other shops in the Cincinnati area.

I had to stop at the nearest car repair center due to an emergency with my car. I saw your sign and drove my car to your service door. I showed the technician the problem with my car after which I had to wait maybe a half-hour and my car was repaired. I was given good customer service and a fair price on top of getting the repair done promptly. I thank God that I found your car repair place was there at the time of my emergency.

This Honest-1, as not all are owned by the same person, was fast, courteous and professional. They utilized up to date technology to provide quotes, I never had to call them to get an update as they were proactive, and my car was serviced in a timely manner. They were pleasant to deal with and charged me a fair price. I'll be back.

I want to give a shout out to the crew at Honest- 1 Auto Care Loveland. They work on our 2012 Ford F-150.The team came together snd gave us an honest quote and worked very efficiently on getting us up and running in and out the door. I highly recommend this shop. The prices were very reasonable compared to the Ford dealers.

Always great value for the service. We use them primarily on our older high mile cars. This service was pretty extensive on some structural elements that needed addressing on a college kid car. Honest one not only addressed the issues but also treated the college kid with respect. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I’m so happy that I found a great car shop so close to home! I think I don’t stand alone when I say I don’t look forward to seeing warning lights pop up on my dash. Something is obviously wrong with my car but ALSO I have to deal with Mechanics. Honest1 deserves praise as they shine in explaining (and showing you) what issues you have with your vehicle without awkward pressure techniques. They will also give their opinion on minor issues you may or may not have noticed. You as the client will always have the last say and they will give you an estimated timeline until it becomes a major issue (if at all). I really appreciate the kind of service Honest1 gives considering the rollercoaster ride of harassing mechanics. Fair prices, fair opinions given by them. I will be a life long customer.
