I have never met a nicer,more helpful staff-I’ve been here twice & would definitely recommend

I took my car to Honest 1 in Loveland to have them address a couple of issues. The most important one was the overheating warning that kept lighting up, even though there was no other sign of overheating. I had also been told by the dealer(still going there for free oil changes) that I needed new brakes. My service advisor Kammie was very helpful, and said that it may just be a temperature gauge, which wouldn't be very expensive. She also explained their prices for brakes, which includes replacing the rotors every time, as they don't tend to be reusable after recent changes to manufacturer standards. I received a text with a full report, which included a couple of things I had missed, and a measurement of the brake pads that showed more life than the dealer would have had me think. Not to be overlooked, the lobby area is immaculate. There is actual space to move around, comfortable chairs, and a clean restroom. There are cold drinks, along with a Keurig. When my cat was ready in the middle of a work day, they sent a driver to pick me up at no cost. His car was sparklingly clean, and he was very pleasant. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend.

I brought my Toyota pickup in for tire rotation and balancing. 2 days prior, I found the brake fluid reservoir low for the first time in 242,000 miles! I asked that they please look for a likely leaking wheel cylinder or brake line while it was up on the lift. They found a leaking right front brake line, which I am now in the process of fixing myself (as I have the tools and know-how). What was a pleasant surprise was absolutely no pushy sales job for me to have them repair it because it is dangerous to drive. I knew that and carefully drove it 2 miles home and parked it in my garage until I finish fixing it. I have owned over 30 cars in my lifetime and only 2 needed the brake fluid flushed: a 1948 Ford pickup that sat for 17 years in a garage and a 1966 Volvo sportscar that sat outside for the last 10 years. Kudos to Honest1 for not pushing me to have them repair it and charge me for extra whatever unnecessary maintenance claims including the ludicrous brake fluid flush other shops have been pushing for. I received a quote for $3100.00 at a competitor. You guys fixed it for $400.00!

Came in for a oil change and to have a tire pressure sensor changed. They could have just done that, but instead they reprogramed the sensors to see if that would make a difference or to pin-point the bad sensor. Have used them for years and they are consistently great to work with.

Wonderful service complete with friendly employees and photos to visually explain estimates. By far my favorite auto shop!

I was well informed, before, during and after. Price was excellent (I shopped). The service was quick. The waiting area was top notch. Excellent overall experience.
