I’ve been taking my cars here for years for oil changes. Great service, never try to sell you things you don’t need. Staff is always friendly and kind. Truly an “honest” place.

I was well informed, before, during and after. Price was excellent (I shopped). The service was quick. The waiting area was top notch. Excellent overall experience.

They’ve earned my trust, which is not easy. I’ve been a customer for years. Recently I brought the car in for noise. They diagnosed the bearing, but said that based on mileage it might be under warranty. Turns out it was, and the dealer fixed it for free. I don’t know if it’s corporate culture or local owner, but this one lives up to its name.

My daughter got a flat going to Loveland, got the car to Honest-1 and the tire wasn’t in stock. 4:30 on a Thursday evening, and they went to another store and got the tire and back on the car. She didn’t miss work and picked the car up after her shift. Thank you, Honest-1 for taking a bad situation and making it better!!

INCREDIBLE customer service. I forgot to bring my tire with me. They offered me a ride home to get it AND let me stay home and picked me back up when service was completed. EXCELLENT service on my vehicle, and I was treated like a Queen.

Very happy that I found Honest 1. They worked me in during a busy day when my Jeep went to coughing with a loss of power. They keep me in the loop throughout the process contacting me after diagnosis and before performing any work. They corrected all my issues and I believe it’s the best my Jeep has ever run. In these days of bad customer service and shoddy work Honest 1 stands out with excellent customer service and quick thorough auto repair. I have found my mechanics. Thanks again
