First time here, and it was a good experience. Customer service was great and seemed to be, well, Honest. Shop owner was on site and friendly. Prices were on par, for the service I got done. Thanks Honest 1.

This is my second time using your services. I was very satisfied with the price and my air conditioner repair. The charge to put in a turn signal flasher even with the price reduction after my complaint I feel was very high. I enjoy the very friendly staff here and they get the job done quickly.
Very friendly team that serviced my vehicle quickly. I especially like that they review the entire expected job with you before hand, provide you a price (that you can signoff on) and then let you know of any items they run into before they go ahead and make a change that could increase the price. Will be back!
I brought my car for a oil change and to have my tires checked for vibration. I was told the vibration was the tires needed to be balanced. I was also told that they were going to rotate my tires. I was never told what the cost was for the tire rotation (ended up being $80 for a tire rotation). My car was at the window by the guest lounge, the service technician kept walking away from my car and talking to other technicians, what seemed to me for advice. What should have only taken 45 min to 1 hour ended up taking well over 2 hrs. Not to mention the vibration is now a lot worse (I went to Lexington for the weekend and a friend was with me and asked what was wrong with my car, because the vibration was so bad). EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!
first time visit for an oil change after receipt in the mail. Forms to complete unusual worked in. After receiving a coupon for an oil change I came in on Sat worked in right away.Staff found corosion on the battery i agreed to have it cleaned resulting in 90 extra minutes.upon leaving engine light on(new)and addressed. On Sunday car would not start making sons late for practice whille AAA addressed the problem taking 90 minutes nearly towing it to the dealer! remember the car did not have a problem with the battery prior to coming to Honest.The service tech found another issue that will need to be addressed in the future. Staff very professional
