I had a good experience at Honest-1. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The store was very clean and they had snacks.

Great experience....from the courteous phone conversation to the website with coupons to the actual service, everything was perfect. Luke was very gracious and went over the final report which was emailed to me with detailed photos. I felt very reassured. Great pricing...I spent more at the Dollar Tree during the wait than I did on my vehicle! We have found our neighborhood auto mechanic! 5 stars!

User friendly website to make appts and I got in the next businesses day. They did a free complementary exam on my car. Nothing wrong with my car. This is the only place I will take my cars for service!! They go out of their way to help. The battery on one of my cars was dead. They came to my house and charged the battery then followed me to their service shop. They did a thorough inspection and I was very thankful for their help!!!
