After working night shift, it was followed by a stressful morning of my husbands car breaking down. Honest-1 Auto Care helped me manage my husband's vehicle and get it to the shop in order to be worked on. They did not charge to relocate the vehicle to their shop which was a blessing and they were more than willing to help in any way they could. With my vehicle also being at the shop getting new brakes (recieved discount off original estimate), I was car-less and awake for 20 hours. They drove me to my house to get rest while they worked on both our vehicles and picked me up when they finished my vehicle (ahead of schedule). With three visits to Honest-1 Auto Care in one day, they soon saw us one last time to deliver the good news, they revived my husband's vehicle with a reasonable repair cost and we went on our way. After meeting majority of the staff including the owners, I had a more than pleasant experience with each encounter and have referred them to my family for their car repairs. Honest 1 is exactly that....honest. It is refreshing to deal with an automotive service company that tells you what you NEED and what you don't. Curtis was courteous and professional and able to take care of my needs on short notice. Honest 1 is also very price competitive. I will certainly be back for my future service needs!
