What a breath of fresh air this place is for your car repairs. Got my vehicle in quickly. They did a full diagnosis of my vehicles issues. I chose the most pressing issues for repair. Had a lower control arm and front brakes replaced. car rides like it’s supposed to again. Honest-1,did what they said they would do,fast,friendly and professional and at a very reasonable price. Thanks to my technician Marshall for a great job.

Clearly explained what was wrong with my car, got the work done quickly, and for a fair price. Most importantly, I didn't feel like I was getting screwed over. I am definitely using them from now on.

Brought my car in to get brake pads/rotors checked as I was hearing issues. They did a thorough check and laid out exactly what issues I was having. The also listed off other items that would require my attention, and even ordering them by priority. I didn't feel jacked around, in fact quite the opposite. The gentleman, Luke, that I spoke with on the phone several times (probably 8 occasions in a matter of 2 days) was very friendly and genuine. Customer for life!

my vehicle needed service for a problem that mystified me - I was prepared for bad news - but i received good news instead - the H1 folks were prompt, courteous and the price was better than expected.

I took my car there because I had a check engine light pop up and my temperature gauge was all over the place. Luke promptly called the the same day as service and let me know what the next step were for troubleshooting the check engine code..the next day after doing a deep dive on what was wrong they sent me a very professional estimate with pictures for what needed to be repaired and the estimated time line for the repairs to be made.. I was blown away with the level of details supplied!! I have never had this high quality level of estimate provided by other ships.. I gave them the go ahead to preform the repairs and every step of the way Luke and Trevor gave me updates and apologized for a slight delay with the work being completed due to having to order some parts.. excellent customer service!!! Extremely transparent throughout the entire process.. upon picking my car up they also informed me that the service they preformed comes with a 3 year 36k mile warranty to boot!! I highly recommend this shop!! Excellent customer service and a good price for the repairs..
